One of the reasons why I love physical activity so much is the mind-body connection. I love the intensity, the discipline, and the mentality. The fact that you can train your body to do anything is amazing.

In all honesty, if someone were to ask me what my favorite type of workout was, it would probably be aerobic excersize, such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or simply running.
